The Trust Hands Over 98 Newly Retrofitted Toilets at Humansdorp Senior Secondary School

The Trust is delighted to announce another KWFCDT milestone – the handing over of 98 newly retrofitted toilets at Humansdorp Senior Secondary School. This was completed as part of the R6.2 million KLM Drought Mitigation Project in collaboration with the Kouga Local Municipality and the Department of Basic Education – Kouga District!

“We are grateful for the KWFCDT’s contribution as it will restore the dignity of the learners. We already received compliments from other schools whom we hosted for a soccer tournament last week, they were very impressed with the new ablution facilities,” said the school’s Principal Mr. Felix.

The Trust is thrilled to hear such positive feedback. It’s an affirmation of its relentless efforts and it further fuels its commitment to local communities. All this in line with the Trust’s vision to be a catalyst that empowers communities to be self reliant, resilient and sustainable
